Air Freight to Kenya
Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) in Nairobi is the primary cargo hub. Transit: 2-5 days. Best for high-value, perishable, and urgent cargo.

- Air freight: 4-6x more expensive per kg than sea freight
- Import duties: 0-25% under EAC Common External Tariff
- VAT: 16%
- Additional levies: Railway Development Levy, Import Declaration Fee
- Insurance: 0.5-2% of goods value
